如果员工是因为个人原因离职或者确认该员工的确无法胜任岗位工作,我们将会在“保证期”内免费提供新的候选人并安排所有的入职手续。“保证期”具体参照服务合同,亦可以购买延保。
If the employee left due to personal reasons or if confirmed the employee can not do the work competently, we will offer replacement immediately within the “Guarantee Period “. Please refer to the contract for more details about "Guarantee Period”, you also can purchase “Extended Guarantee”.
我司提供的菲律宾员工100%都至少具有学士学位,年龄分布在22-45岁之间并拥有至少2年的相关工作经验。 工作安排做六休一,7天带薪年假。(如无法安排休假,可以给与相应薪资补贴) 
Each Philippine Employee holds a related bachelor degree or above with a age range between 22-35 years old. All employees has at east 2 years of relevant work experience. Work arangement is 6 days a week, 7 Days of annual leave. ( if unable to deliver the paid vacations, can be paid in over-time)

基于2018年至2019年7月的数据显示,骤全引进的菲律宾籍员工的流失率相当稳定,年流失率控制在7.3%左右,其中包含了由于员工满意度而引起的离职(管理文化和住宿条件)。 有81.2%的客户在第二年选择与我们续约。 
Based on the data during 2018-July2019, the Philippine Employees arranged by Zhouquan are pretty stable, the turnover rate well controlled below 7.3% while including the separation due to the Employee Satisfaction (the management culture and accommodation condition). We are having more than 81.2% clients extended their contract with us on 2nd year.

骤全所有引进的外籍员工都是正规合法入境,公安部有备案。并持有海外无犯罪证明、大学学历外交部认证和学分外交部认证。其在华工作期间,相关证件及护照都有雇佣方保管,劳动关系也注册办理在雇主公司的名下。在雇主支付的总费用里,还包含了国际商业保险和国内雇主责任险。每月工资结算都由雇主直接支付给员工本人。
 All the foreign employees introduced by Zhouquan are formally and legally admitted, filed record in Ministry of Public Security. Also hold certificates of no crime overseas, earnest diploma form the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During their work in China, the relevant documents and passports are kept by the employer. The labor relations are registered directly under your company. International commercial insurance and domestic employer liability insurance are also included in the total fees we billed. The monthly salary will be paid to employees directly by employer.
